Matash offers two types of support:

  1. Pre-paid support for applications written by Matash, and effected via the software licence agreement.
  2. Time based support assistance.

Generally, support is available between 9am & 5pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday; public holidays excluded. Contact can be made via telephone, fax or preferably by e-mail to support@matash.com.au.
